JAX uses Xovis AERO to improve passenger experience
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) has implemented Xovis’ fully managed passenger flow management service AERO to help reduce wait times and enhance the passenger experience at its terminal.
AERO, Xovis’ sensor-based passenger flow analytics solution, has been deployed at security checkpoints at JAX, reflecting the airport’s commitment to delivering world-class terminal experiences to passengers and employees.
With passenger numbers growing rapidly, JAX needed a robust system capable of addressing passenger flow challenges today and into the future.
