Xovis completes acquisition of FORVIA HELLA's People Sensing business
- People Sensing business has been successfully integrated into the Xovis portfolio and now operates exclusively within the Xovis brand
- 65 employees changed to Xovis as part of the transaction and now continue to work from Berlin under Xovis Germany GmbH
Active in high-precision people counting sensors, particularly in the public transportation industry, People Sensing and 65 of its Berlin-based employees have been integrated into the Xovis group, operating as from today as Xovis Germany GmbH with registered office in Berlin.

People Sensing has been successfully integrated into the Xovis portfolio and will operate exclusively within the Xovis brand as of today. The acquisition of People Sensing, a leader in delivering Automated Passenger Counting solutions to public transport operators, reinforces Xovis' reputation for delivering robust analytics solutions.
