    Simple integration and interoperability

    As with other APS models, the APS-B sensor automatically detects installation height and angle, provides automatic software and configuration updates, and can be adapted for use with stairs and ramps. Interoperability specifications ITxPT and VDV-301 (IBIS-IP), RESTful APIs and many other IT protocols are standard on all APS sensors, ensuring seamless integration and easy connection into any IT infrastructure

    Object Detection

    Like other APS models, Object Detection is a feature on the APS-B. Accurate, automated identification of objects like bicycles and wheelchairs deliver an additional layer of insight that operators can use to improve operations.

    Monitoring zone occupancy

    Realize advanced use cases by monitoring the occupancy level of certain areas. The APS-B automatically detects if a designated area is occupied., regardless of whether the space is filled by luggage, bicycles or passengers. Object Detection features can be combined to determine if it is a bicycle or wheelchair in the designated space.

    Sensors can fulfill the accuracy requirements defined by the Verband Deutscher Verkehrsunternehmen (VDV), ensuring highest passenger counting accuracy up to 99%.
